Please send us an e-mail with a list of the desired parts. Please include your vehicle month & year, full model code AND frame/VIN number. All of this information can be found on your vehicles data tag and is required for us to accurately and efficiently research your parts inquiries.

Sorry, we are not able to respond to text messages, private messages on forums or or other social media outlets, etc as we are likely not in front of a work computer when browsing those mediums after hours. Thanks for your courtesy and understanding.

We are unable to offer general technical support via the phone/e-mail. We are more than happy to offer product and tech support for items you have purchased from us or are considering, but we cannot help with general questions outside of the parts we offer. Please respect the fact we cannot answer questions about products you purchase elsewhere, we pride ourselves in customer service both before and after the sale and this reflects in the orders you place with us. While we absolutely love talking about Utah's trails and four-wheeling opportunities, please realize we cannot discuss these things during the work day as it prevents us from taking orders from other customers. Returns:
All returns must pre approved, call or e-mail for more information. All returns are subject to applicable re-stocking (20%) and credit card fees. Shipping and handling fees are not covered by our return and warranty policy. You must be the original purchaser and have a copy of the invoice or the invoice number. No refunds or exchanges after 30 days or if the item has been opened, installed or abused. All items returned must have all components and be in the original packaging. No refunds on special-order items, electrical components, engine gasket kits, opened seal and gasket kits or any discontinued items. All returns are paid via in-store credit or company check addressed to the original purchaser of the product. Warranty designations are made ONLY by the manufacturer. Purchaser is responsible for shipping costs to us, and we will pay for shipping costs back to the manufacturer and return costs to customer (via USPS or UPS ground), if manufacturer honors any warranty. A restocking fee may apply if the item does not meet all requirements or re-boxing is required. Please allow up to 30 days for all returns to process and reimbursement.


Pricing:
Prices are subject to change at an time without prior notice. We make every effort possible to keep the web site up to date with respect to vendor price increases, etc. For most up to date pricing information, please call or e-mail.


Shipping Damage, Errors or Missing Parts:
Please inspect your order immediately after receiving it. Check to ensue part numbers are correct, parts are not missing or incomplete. Keep the original shipping packaging and all damaged parts. If any discrepancies are found, please call immediately to resolve the situation. We are unable to replace lost or damage parts reported more than one week (7 calendar days) from the delivery date. In the event a shipping error or shortage did occur. We will cover the shipping costs to and from the original shipping destination and for the original service level, i.e. ground, next day air, etc.

Shipping Information:
Every effort is made ship orders as soon as possible. However please remember that some days we are unable to ship due to carrier delays, supply problems, weather related delays, etc. Please allow adequate time for your order to arrive. We fully insure all outgoing shipments, please call us immediately if you find any shipment damage. We do not offer recipient paid (third-party) shipping on any orders. Please ask for further details when ordering.

All international orders will be shipped & insured for full stated value as to protect your parts during shipment. Cruiser Outfitters is in no way responsible for duties, import taxes, and or other fees accrued in destination country. Please allow extra time for ALL international deliveries as we do NOT ship USPS on a daily basis. Please ask for details when ordering.

Cash on delivery (COD) orders are subject to an additional fee as declared by UPS. Please ask for details when ordering. COD payments are accepted in the form of money order or bank issued cashiers checks only, sorry no personal checks. COD services are not available to international locations.

All orders under $500 are shipped "No Signature Required" unless otherwise specified by you the customer. We can't make assumptions about your delivery situation, the security of your porch, your schedule, etc. All orders over $500 will ship "Signature Required" as to protect your shipment and our parts. Please plan accordingly with your planned shipping address. In the event you can't be at the delivery address to sign, you can contact UPS with the provided tracking information and arrange for them to hold it at their facility for after-hours pickup. We do our best to provided tracking numbers so you can anticipate the day and time of your delivery. Replacements of missing orders is subject to approval and acceptance by the shipping vendor (UPS, Fed-Ex or USPS), once it leaves our facility it is beyond our control.

Alaska/Hawaii
Orders to Alaska or Hawaii will ship via United States Postal Service unless otherwise agreed upon at the time of order. U.S.P.S. does NOT have the tracking abilities of UPS/Fed-Ex, please allow adequate time for shipment to arrive (3-5 days for Priority). U.S.P.S. has weight and size restrictions on packages, thus we are not able to send large bulky items such as bumpers or leaf springs. Please call in regards to these items. All packages will be insured for the full replacement value of the packages, the customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance. By ordering from Cruiser Outfitters, the customer agrees to these terms. Please discuss any questions or concerns at time of order.

Canada
Orders to Canada will ship via United States Postal Service unless otherwise agreed upon at the time of order. U.S.P.S. does NOT have the tracking abilities of UPS/Fed-Ex, please allow adequate time for shipment to arrive (8-12 days for Priority International). U.S.P.S. has weight and size restrictions on packages, thus we are not able to send large bulky items such as bumpers or leaf springs. Please call in regards to these items. All packages will be insured for the full replacement value of the packages, the customer is responsible for all shipping, insurance, brokerage, duties, taxes, etc. By ordering from Cruiser Outfitters, the customer agrees to these terms. Outside the United States & Canada
We are not currently setup to ship direct to countries with the exception of the United States and Canada. We require the buyer (you) to choose a US based exporting agent or freight forwarder to handle the international shipping. 


Product Warning & Liability Disclaimer:
All parts sold by Cruiser Outfitters are for off road racing purposes only and should not be used on any street driven vehicle. Modifications of your vehicle in order to improve performance using the parts sold by Cruiser Outfitters can result in dangerous situations that may result in bodily harm. The buyer hereby assumes any and all risks associated with any such modifications and fabrication. Cruiser Outfitters will not accept any responsibility for personal injury or property damage arising from the failure of any parts manufactured or sold by Cruiser Outfitters. Any and all warranty claims shall be dealt with directly with the manufacture of said part.

Due to the nature of used parts, all parts are shipped "as-is" with no warranty unless otherwise specified by the manufacture of the parts. We do our best to inspect and clean parts prior to shipping, however many parts cannot be deemed "good" until installed (i.e.: gauge clusters, etc.). Please ask for details when ordering. Any and all returns must be authorized prior to any credit being issued.
